As the Principal of SS Matric School, my primary focus is upgrade the knowledge of my students. Student must know how to think, to problem solve, to innovate and to collaborate. All students must be prepared to be successful in the 21st century careers many of which do not even exist yet. Schooling is our first contact with the world, a period of joy, healthy competition, fearing, adjustment, sharing and love. Our philosophy of education has always been meeting the needs of the individual child. Children acquire skills and knowledge easily if we can make the surrounding stimulating and purposeful. We try to understand and work with each child and we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to enable the child in our care to develop as a whole. It’s not the wide open spaces, classrooms, the library laboratories are the large fields that make the school. It is in the heart of the students and staffs that the true institution exists. According to academic analysts, the youth of future generation are going to be more prone to violence and deviant behavior. This deteriorating trend is a matter of great concern to parents as well as teachers.
