A Word to the Parents
The upbringing of students is the combined responsibility of the parents, teachers and the school. Please co-operate with the school in ensuring education for your children. Pay personal attention to the following points.
- Please go through the pages of this hand book carefully.
- Kindly provide your ward with all prescribed text books, note books and stationery in time.
- Send your ward to school in punctual time with neat and tidy Uniform.
- Be in touch with the teachers / Principal to know your ward's progress.
- Assist and guide your ward to complete the assigned home work / assignment / Projects in time.
- Ensure that the answer sheets and progress reports are signed and returned to the class teacher in time.
- Encourage your ward to participate in various extra curricular activities.
- Send responses in time to various circulars or letters sent to you. Kindly come to school whenever you are requested in the interest of your ward.
- Attendance in the "Open House" is compulsory for all the parents.
- Intimate change of address, Phone No. etc. immediately to the school office.
- Send leave application for required permission.
- Remit the school fee in time (Before the last day of every term)
- Never compare your child with others as the students are from different backgrounds and have varied ability and interests.
- Suggestions for improvement of the school are always welcome.
- Students should wear the ID Card while coming to the school without fail. They should wear the ID Card during the time of cultural functions or school programmes.
- Parents must bring the Parents ID Card given to them while visiting the school. In case of emergency they cannot take their ward without presenting the ID card in the office.
